General terms and conditions

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to inquiries, reservations, test drives, purchase contracts, financing inquiries and services by Autohaus Alimanovic unless different individual agreements are made.

2. Vehicle offers

Vehicle ads, prices, equipment details and sample rates are non-binding. Errors, prior sale and changes are reserved. The details in the written purchase contract are decisive.

3. Conclusion of contract

A purchase contract is concluded only when both parties confirm it in writing or text form. Online inquiries, WhatsApp messages or form submissions do not yet constitute a binding purchase contract.

4. Prices, financing and payment

Financing rates are non-binding sample calculations. Actual financing depends on creditworthiness, bank approval, term, down payment, vehicle price and the financing partner's conditions.

5. Warranty and guarantees

Statutory warranty rights apply. Additional guarantees exist only if expressly agreed in writing or confirmed by guarantee documents.

6. Final provisions

If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. German law applies.
